Términos de Uso - Medica Scientific
Estos Terminos de Uso (“Acuerdo”) son aplicables al uso de Medica Scientific (“Aplicación”), y los contenidos y servicios disponibles en la Aplicación. Por favor revise cuidadosamente este Acuerdo; le solicitamos que en caso de no estar de acuerdo con estos términos y condiciones no descargue ni use la Aplicación, ni acceda a nuestros servicios.
Descargando la Aplicación usted reconoce que ha leído, entiende, acepta y está de acuerdo con este Acuerdo.

Licencia
Le concedemos una Licencia personal, limitada, no exclusiva, no transferible y revocable, para descargar, instalar y usar la Aplicación de conformidad con este Acuerdo. La Aplicación es propiedad exclusiva de Processim Labs y usted no debe copiar, distribuir, publicar, traducir, adaptar, realizar ingeniería reversa, descompilar o realizar cualquier intento de acceder al código fuente, sea de toda o parte de la aplicación.
Contenidos
Los contenidos de la Aplicación, incluyendo, entre otros, los casos de estudio, modelos y cualquier otra información, marcas, imágenes, audios y textos son de propiedad exclusiva de Processim Labs o de terceros que ha autorizado su uso.
Processim Labs se reserva todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual. La reproducción total o parcial por cualquier medio, como así la traducción, modificación, adaptación, publicación o difusión de los contenidos queda prohibida.
Los casos tienen una finalidad meramente educativa y no son, ni reemplazan el consejo profesional, por lo que no deben ser usados con otra finalidad. La información de los casos de estudio no implica una aprobación, endoso o fuente de datos primarios, ni tampoco una ilustración de prácticas empresariales, efectivas o no.
El caso, aunque basado en hechos reales, se ha modificado y editado con algunos aspectos ficticios, por lo que cualquier semejanza con personas o empresas reales es pura coincidencia.
Actualizaciones
Actualizaremos la Aplicación a través del App Store o Google Play respectivamente. Dependiendo del tipo de actualización, puede ser que no pueda usarse la Aplicación hasta que usted haya descargado la última versión de la Aplicación.
Nombre de Usuario y Contraseña
Para usar la Aplicación usted necesitará generar un nombre de usuario y una contraseña. Usted será el único y exclusivo responsable de la confidencialidad del nombre de usuario y la contraseña, y de cualquier consecuencia derivada del uso de los mismos.
Politica de Privacidad
Al descargar la Aplicación usted presta consentimiento para el tratamiento de sus Datos Personales.
El tratamiento de sus datos personales estará sujetos a la Política de Privacidad que se puede encontrar aquí.
Información
Al descargar la aplicación usted nos autoriza a recopilar y usar información técnica sobre los dispositivos, el software y redes usadas con el objetivo de proveerle servicios y mejorar nuestros productos.
Responsabilidad
No seremos responsable por ninguna clase de daños que puedan ser consecuencia del uso de la Aplicación. Incluyendo, entre otros, la responsabilidad relacionada con daños ocasionados por virus, programas maliciosos o lesivos en los contenidos y/o cualquier otro agente que pueda llegar a infectar o afectar de cualquier modo el/los sistemas o dispositivos utilizados por el Usuario.
No garantizamos la disponibilidad, continuidad, acceso y efectivo funcionamiento de la Aplicación, cualquiera sea la causa, como así tampoco la exactitud, exhaustividad, pertinencia, actualidad y de los contenidos. No nos hacemos responsables por los danos que estos inconvenientes puedan ocasionar, incluyendo entre otros, la perdida de información.
Clausulas Generales
Podemos modificar este Acuerdo y te notificaremos de ellos.
Podemos sin necesidad de aviso alguno, y por cualquier motivo, modificar o discontinuar la aplicación, como así también cancelar su cuenta o acceso a la Aplicación.
Este Acuerdo es vinculante y se rige por la legislación de Costa Rica y las partes se someten a la jurisdicción de los tribunales de Costa Rica, renunciando a cualquier otro fuero o jurisdicción que pudiera corresponderles.

Terms and Conditions - Medica Scientific
These Terms of Use ("Agreement") are applicable to the use of Medica Scientific ("Application"), and the contents and services available in the Application. Please review this Agreement carefully; we request that if you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not download or use the Application, or access our services.
By downloading the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, accept and agree to this Agreement.
This Agreement is subject to Apple and Google Store policies, which can be found at the following links: Apple Store | Google Store
License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download, install and use the Application in accordance with this Agreement. The Application is the exclusive property of Processim Labs and you must not copy, distribute, publish, translate, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile or make any attempt to access the source code, be it all or part of the application.
Contents
The contents of the Application, including, among others, case studies, models and any other information, trademarks, images, audios and texts are the exclusive property of Processim Labs or third parties that have authorized its use.
Processim Labs reserves all intellectual property rights. The total or partial reproduction by any means, as well as the translation, modification, adaptation, publication or diffusion of the contents is prohibited.
The cases have a purely educational purpose and are not, nor do they replace professional advice, so they should not be used for any other purpose. The information in the case studies does not imply an approval, endorsement or source of primary data, nor an illustration of business practices, effective or not.
The case, although based on real events, has been modified and edited with some fictitious aspects, so that any resemblance to real people or companies is purely coincidental.
Updates
We will update the Application through the App Store or Google Play respectively. Depending on the type of update, it may be that the Application cannot be used until you have downloaded the latest version of the Application.
Username and Password
To use the Application, you will need to generate a username and password. You will be the sole and exclusive responsible for the confidentiality of the username and password, and any consequence derived from the use thereof.
Privacy Policy
By downloading the Application, you consent to the processing of your Personal Data.
The processing of your personal data will be subject to the Privacy Policy found here.
Information
By downloading the Application, you authorize us to collect and use technical information about the devices, software and networks used in order to provide services and improve our products.
Responsibility
We will not be responsible for any kind of damages that may result from the use of the Application. Including, among others, the responsibility related to damages caused by viruses, malicious or harmful programs in the contents and / or any other agent that may infect or affect in any way the systems or devices used by the User.
We do not guarantee the availability, continuity, access and effective functioning of the Application, whatever the cause, as well as the accuracy, completeness, relevance, timeliness and content. We are not responsible for the damages that these inconveniences may cause, including, among others, the loss of information.
General
We can modify this Agreement and we will notify you of them.
We can without any notice, and for any reason, modify or discontinue the application, as well as cancel your account or access to the Application.
This Agreement is binding and is governed by Costa Rican law and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica, waiving any other jurisdiction or jurisdiction that may apply.
